The Director ensures the fiscal management of the annual budget working with the Budget Analyst and Sr. AVP and in collaboration with the Medical Director, Counseling Director, Pharmacist in Charge, Associate Director of Campus Wellness, IT Consultant on the use of financial resources and shared budget. Additionally, the Director plays a key role in ongoing compliance and accreditations through AAAHC; other duties include but are not limited to accreditation, emergency preparedness, compliance with all State and Federal regulations, HIPAA, laboratory and x-ray regulations, risk management, procurement, assist with contracting with outside vendors, assessment of programs and services, employee health and ensures the proper maintenance and integrity of the electronic health record system.
