A successful candidate should have an academic and clinical background that will qualify him or her to teach existing undergraduate audiology core courses as well as graduate courses for the Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.), and to provide supervision for clinical services in audiology at the CSUN Language, Speech and Hearing Center. A successful candidate will also be qualified to teach undergraduate and graduate courses that support the speech-language pathology program in areas such as auditory anatomy, audiometry, and pediatric audiology. A successful candidate will be expected to participate in curriculum and program development. The successful candidate will be asked to indicate which areas would constitute teaching strengths for existing and proposed programs. The successful candidate will be available to teach on weekdays, evenings, and online, and be willing to participate in weekend student events.
