The City Clerk’s Office is seeking to fill a Records Management Coordinator position. This position works non-standard work hours as needed for public meetings and other needs of the City, and reports to the Administrative Services Director.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This position is represented by the CPEA bargaining unit and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes family and domestic partner benefits such as medical, dental, and vision. Retirement benefits are provided through Washington State Retirement System. Other benefits include life insurance, paid holidays, and accrued PTO.
This position performs a wide variety of specialized duties related to the maintenance of City-wide records, acts as a liaison between user departments and the City Clerk’s office, and acts as the Deputy City Clerk assisting with public meetings and materials preparation.
