This also includes responding to requests for assistance in troubleshooting technical issues, support to other technicians, and participation in long-term projects in both individual and team settings. technologies.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting Client Engagement Services (CES).

- Writing PowerShell scripts for software automation.
- Deploying software with automation tools (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
- Provide support and troubleshooting to other technical staff.
- Write reports requested on hardware or software install base.
- OS and Driver support.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, and documenting problems and resolutions.
- Technical troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Windows OS.
- Strong analysis, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of software automation tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and PowerShell.
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and GPO's.
- SQL Reporting.
- Computer Imaging.
- Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
