This position prepares taxable property accounts for customers.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $20.40 - $26.73

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include: analyze, decipher, and extract appropriate legal data from deeds; administer refund and DOR homestead exemptions; updated mailing address, maintain tax district database; assist the public with problem resolution, appeals and state law interpretation; and other administrative duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Position requires a high school diploma (or GED) supplemented with two (2) or more years' experience working in a tax office or equivalent experience in customer service, research, computer, accounting and math. Associate's Degree preferred. The successful candidate must be able to deal with taxpayers, the general public and other government agencies at the County, Municipal and State level. Others duties that may be assigned include, but are not limited to: general office duties, such as filing, answering phones, assisting in data entry, live chat, and assisting other divisions in the Auditor's office.
Minimum requirements:
