THE CITY OF NORTH BEND

Incorporated in 1909, North Bend operates under the Mayor-Council form of government with a seven-member City Council. The City serves a population of 8,260 across 4.5 square miles with a 2025-26 budget of $221 million and a team of 51 FTEs across four departments: Administrative Services, Community and Economic Development, Finance, and Public Works. North Bend is in King County—the 12th most populous county in the United States.
