Program: Felony Division Brief Description:
The Licking County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking and now accepting applications to hire a full-time Assistant Prosecuting Attorney within the Felony Division, specializing in Child Sexual and Physical Assault cases.
Job Prerequisites:
The qualified candidate must be:- Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio
- Have jury trial experience in special victim prosecution and a passion for prosecuting those cases
- Comfortable trying felony cases, assisting Law Enforcement with arrest warrants, and search warrants in addition to Court coverage and Motion Practice
- Will have the flexibility to work a four, 10-hour day week
- Familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Westlaw and Windows based programs.
We offer a competitive starting salary for the right candidate, at or above $95,000.00.
