POSITION OVERVIEW : The purpose of this position is to provide strategic leadership in developing and governing enterprise architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment across departments and organizational goals. This includes fostering collaboration between business units, IT, and other stakeholders to establish robust compliance structures, conduct financial analysis, and build long-term partnerships. The role emphasizes addressing complex, multi-stakeholder needs while driving innovation, enhancing cross-departmental synergy, and future-proofing IT strategies to support the organization’s holistic success.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Leads and coordinates the pursuit of technical business information needs, governing principles, and solution architecture viewpoints. Works with business partners and IT to develop strategic technology roadmaps. Develops and oversees architecture implementation including documentation of an enterprise architecture framework. Leads enterprise architecture team to identify and analyze business needs for future innovative technology, develops solution architecture requirements, and determines potential impact of technology solution. Ensures governance structure and compliance activities are in place to allow multi-stakeholder participation and agreement in finding solutions. Analyzes current business and IT environments and recommends solutions for improvement. Leads and facilitates the creation of governing principles to guide solution decision-making. Socializes the enterprise architecture practice within the department through collaboration, communication, and training across all business units. Develops long term partnerships with department business units and vendors to facilitate collaboration in the development strategic business plans.
