This is a temporary, full-time, benefit-eligible position based upon federal ARPA funding. Position funding will end no later than December 31, 2026.This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Citizen Portal Team (CPT).

- Analyze, collaborate, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions within the citizen portal platform.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, technology vendors, and application development teams to design and implement plans for the successful adoption and growth of portal technologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed specifications for projects built within ServiceNow.
- Build, maintain, support, and enforce ITSD policies to guide the consistent development within the portal platform including guidelines for compliance requirements, and establishing governance processes that all platform users will utilize.
- Day-to-day general support, administration, and maintenance of the citizen portal and associated applications built in ServiceNow.
- Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.
- Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript and databases.
- ServiceNow Experience a plus.
- Ability and Willingness to learn new things in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with assisting other developers and providing training and support.
- Front-facing UX/UI development experience preferred.
- Passion for strategic planning and process improvement.
- Ability to communicate both orally and digitally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
