ITSD-DMH is looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow and Microsoft PowerApps developer to assist in developing, enhancing and maintaining low-code solutions for the Department of Mental Health. In this position you will work with other team members and business owners to complete analysis, design, development, code reviews, and testing to ensure business requirements are met.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Mental Health (DMH).

- Analyze requirements and develop low-code solutions using ServiceNow and PowerApps to meet business needs.
- Test and review low-code solutions to ensure a quality product is put forward.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues and requests.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Continuous learning (technical and professional development).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience or knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps, including Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint Online.
- Solid understanding of low-code development.
- Solid understanding of User Interface Design.
- Able to work independently and on a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Troubleshooting and Debugging skills.
- Good Problem-Solving skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with Software Development is a plus.
- Experience with Data Modeling is a plus.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
