Contract Management Associate

Job Location: This position will be located at the Harry S. Truman State Office Building, 301 W High St Jefferson City, MO 65101.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and enter contract information in Division databases from multiple sources and providing applicable reports when needed.
• Conduct status checks on contracts and communicate with division staff and division stakeholders as needed to ensure timely contract renewal or replacement.
• Participate in and/or assist with meetings as needed by the Contract Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

Key Skills:

• Ability to work independently in assessing and managing priorities.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Adaptable to change, deadlines, and working with teams.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, agency staff, and vendors.
• Experience with computers, desktop applications including Microsoft Office products.
