    Position Description
    Performs maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Major/Essential Functions
    • Performs routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
    • Executes duties under supervision and work control.
    • Purchase requisitions using departmental P-Card(Purchasing Card), purchasing receipts, leave forms, etc.
    • Assists with fleet vehicle maintenance, monthly mileage log distribution and documentation of any other monthly documentation required by the department.
    • Performs other assigned duties as deemed necessary and assigned by supervisors.
    • Completes all required departmental and TTUHSC training.
    • Moves various equipment, furniture, etc. Safely operates, manages, and maintains facilities, tools and equipment.


    Required Qualifications
    Proficiency in written and mathematical skills as may be reflected in the completion of high school or equivalent. One year of job relevant experience.
