    HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER I
    JOB SUMMARY
    The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) I is responsible for identifying and fulfilling Human Resources need of various business segments of the company to provide the various human resources functions. The HRBP I provides a full range of HR services in the areas of compliance, EEO, employee relations, and performance management. The HRBP I provides assistance, interpretation, guidance and consultation to multiple business units. Provides primary interface with management of the business segments.

    JOB SUMMARY
    The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) II is a strategic partner responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP II provides a full range of HR services in the areas of compliance, EEO, employee relations and performance management. The HRBP II provides assistance, interpretation, guidance and consultation to multiple business units. The HRBP II formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees. The HRBP II maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units.
