    Yavapai County Community Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide primary care services that support the health and well-being of our community. This position plays an important role in delivering patient-centered care, managing chronic conditions, and promoting wellness through education and preventative services.

    The ideal candidate is committed to public health and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team in a clinical setting. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse patient population.

    Hiring Range for Registered Nurse I: $65,073.76 to $82,969.03 depending on experience
    Hiring Range for Registered Nurse II: $79,097.55 to $100,849.40 depending on experience

    Major Duties, Responsibilities

    Registered Nurse I:
    • Provides nursing services including direct patient care, care management, and provider support.
    • Supports back-office operations by optimizing clinic workflow.
    • Completes medication refills and tasks, prior authorizations, and triages patient inquires.
    • Serves as a resource for other back-office staff in the areas of patient consultation and inquiry using nursing knowledge and expertise.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

    Registered Nurse II:
    • Provides nursing services including direct patient care, care management, and provider support.
    • Supports back-office operations by optimizing clinic workflow.
    • Serves as a resource for other back-office staff in the areas of patient consultation and inquiry using nursing knowledge and expertise.
    • Oversees equipment and supply inventory and ordering.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


    Minimum Qualifications

    Education:
    Registered Nurse from an accredited school.

    Registered Nurse I Experience:
    No nursing experience required.

    Registered Nurse II Experience:
    A minimum of four (4) years of relevant nursing experience.

    Additional Requirements:
    Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
    Must be Licensed Registered Nurse from an accredited school.
    Must possess current Arizona Nursing license.
    Must possess current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Professionals.
    Must possess a current fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
