This position is responsible for generalist duties in Recruitment and Administration. Responsibilities include assisting the recruitment team with composing job announcements, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, extending offers of employment to candidates, and utilizing systems such as Munis and NEOGOV. Currently, there is one part-time vacancy available. Schedule: This position may work up to 19 hours per week during weekdays.

Experience & Education and License/CertificateA combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Experience: Six months responsible Human Resources experience is required.
Education: Equivalent to an associate degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, psychology or a related field.
License or Certificate: Due to the performance of some field duties which require the operation of a personal or City vehicle, a valid and appropriate California driver's license and an acceptable driving record may be required.
