The Director of Facilities and Construction Services is a newly created position which reports directly to the County Administrator with day-to -day operational support from an Assistant County Administrator. The Director of Facilities and Construction Services is a newly created position which reports directly to the County Administrator with day-to -day operational support from an Assistant County Administrator. The new position will provide strategic, administrative and technical oversight of the County ’ s facilities maintenance and management, capital construction, and long-term capital planning processes. The Director oversees a leadership team that consists of two managers/administrators and three assistant managers, a project management team that consists of two full time dedicated project managers, and a custodial and maintenance staff of 56 employees.
