EXCITING OPPORTUNITY ! The City of Los Altos is looking for our next Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Manager!

The City of Los Altos is looking for a team leader ready to join the team and oversee all citywide CIP projects. You will be on the front lines of CIP budget preparation, prioritizing and directing the citywide CIP projects from initiation to completion. You will manage the project's quality, schedule and cost control; work closely with all departments to coordinate CIP work. You will also have the opportunity to present elected officials and the public.

The CIP Budget and Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing and implementing the City’s Capital Improvement Projects. The selected candidate will serve as a project manager, preparation and administration of the Capital Improvement Plan and the CIP Budget. Duties may include, but limited to the following:

$171,540.17 - $208,508.15 Annually
