Education & Experience: Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a bachelor’s degree in a course of study related to the occupational field, such as political science, communications, business, or public administration. Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate positions to be able to answer questions and resolve problems, usually associated with one (1) to three (3) years of experience or service. Must be eligible to become a Notary Public Commission member for the State of South Dakota within six (6) months of employment and maintain throughout employment.
