Conducts regular evaluations, in-service trainings, and staff meetings; fosters a positive and supportive team environment. Schedules instructors, (considering the availability of both participants and instructors), verifies timesheets, and steps in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the swim lesson program. Manages class transfers, verifies that all students are enrolled and in the correct class, and notifies Aquatics Management if there are discrepancies.
