Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Office Technician (Typing) performs administrative duties and provides clerical support for the Office of Human Resources (OHR) which includes Payroll and Benefit Services, Labor Relations, Strategic Development and Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Workday System Support Team. Duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring and answering emails and telephone calls; maintaining and ordering office supplies; tracking and filing documents; picking up and distributing daily mail using a fleet vehicle; and collecting confidential destruction items and arranging for proper disposal.
